summer bucket list

We want to be intentional with our time this summer.  Inspired by some very creative moms and families, we spent some time making our own 2011 Summer Bucket List...
I had to loosen up quite a bit and let my kids enjoy their creativity in writing the list.  This was a great reminder for me to enjoy the process and quit worrying about the final product.  My kids are excited about their summer plans and are very proud of their list.
I think I'm going to make my own 2011 Summer List :)

This list looks great! Good for you for letting them write! I hissed and barked at the girls when they got near while I was writing mine! Good luck with your list- Florida sounds exciting!

That's awesome. I so believe in the process being more important than the product!!! I am also making my own bucket list. My kids informed me that none of the things on our family list should be "work". Well, some of my summer goals include work, so I'm making my own!!! I like to have fun too, but things being done around the house also make me happy:)
